Rosemarie Porreca

Speech-Language Pathologist

Rosemarie is a certified speech-language pathologist with over forty years of service in the field. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Chester University. She has experience working with children of various ages across multiple settings including: early intervention, preschool, school setting, adult populations, outpatient therapy, acute care and rehabilitation settings. Her experience and therapy expertise are in the following areas: speech, language, fluency, cleft palate. Her pediatric therapy practices focus on incorporating a parent coaching model and educating service related providers. Additionally, she has several years of experience with the adult population in acute care, rehabilitation, and private practice settings. In her free time, Rosemarie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being active, particularly outdoors.

Lynne Weidner

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lynne Weidner has been a school-based speech/language therapist for thirty years.  She is currently working full-time in Manheim Central School District.  She lives in Lititz with her significant other, John, and her son, Zach. She is a graduate of Penn State University.  She enjoys reading, vacationing at the beach, and spending time with family and friends.  Although she has only been with Little Voices, LLC a short time, she has found working so closely with young children and their families incredibly rewarding! 

Bailey Easterling

Speech-Language Pathologist

Bailey Easterling is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in 2019 from the University of Mississippi. The majority of her clinical hours were working with children in the Speech and Hearing Clinic where she gained valuable experience in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorder, language and speech delays, and articulation therapy. Although Bailey has worked with the adult population for the last few years, she is excited to use her expertise and experience with children to help little ones communicate and find their own voices. Bailey and her husband, Richard, live in Lancaster with their two dogs. She spends her free time crocheting, hiking, and exploring local markets and craft shows. 

Hannah Couch

Administrative Assistant

Hannah Couch is a mother of three boys and has been at the receiving end of Early Intervention Therapies for all three, including speech therapy. She knows first-hand the importance of this therapy and has felt the support and relief of speech therapists' expertise. She is thrilled to be able to support Dr. Kirchner and the rest of the Little Voices team in the administrative and billing functions.
